Founder
I offer an inviting and safe therapeutic space built on trust and connection, using person-centered and cognitive-behavioral approaches to help adults gain awareness, insight, and practical tools for change. I work with common concerns like anxiety, depression, co-occurring disorders, and relationship struggles. Additionally, drawing on my experience from a Seminary education and Army Chaplain Corps training, I offer a unique expertise in integrating Christian faith principles into counseling sessions for clients who desire this approach.

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) specializing in guiding parents of children with complex behavioral health needs, including autism and ADHD. My goal is to use over a decade of experience to help families navigate overwhelming systems, connecting them with essential, evidence-based services and advocating for necessary educational and medical supports. I act as a persistent "barrier buster," delivering a clear path forward and significant support increases in just a few private-pay sessions so families can function at their best.
